National Day of Prayer

A National Day of Prayer service will be held Thursday, May 4th at the Gazebo – Greenwood County Courthouse Lawn. All pastors of Eureka Area Ministerial Alliance plan to participate as we pray for our government, church, military, family, education, media, and business.

April 30, Worship

April 30th is the Third Sunday of Easter. Rev. Chauncey Biby will deliver a message titled “Desperation” based on Genesis 30:1.

And when Rachel saw that she bare Jacob no children, Rachel envied her sister; and said unto Jacob, Give me children, or else I die.         Genesis 30:1 (KJV)

If you missed last Sunday’s message, “Doing Right the Wrong Way”, you can listen to it on our website: https://www.christian-congregationalchurch.com/sermons-2/

Ladies Meet with Rev. Biby
Following Worship

Last week Rev. Biby made a suggestion that our church participate in the Community LinC Dinners by baking and serving cookies and cakes. Many were interested and willing to contribute these desserts.

Carolyn Harber attended the meal that was served on Thursday, April 27th and we will meet again following worship this Sunday to make further plans.
